We finished this prestigious project in 2013. It consist of a main kitchen with receiving, preparation, bakery/chocolate, bakery/chocolate, room service, garde manger areas in the back of house and all day dining buffet restaurant, three front of house specialty restaurant, cafe's, lounges, and bars. All of them supplied, installed with the highest hygiene and manufacturing standards.
